We know that life happens and schedules can change, but in fairness to our practitioners and patients, we have established the following Cancellation and Lateness Policy. Thank you for your understanding.
We try to accommodate late patients up to 15-minutes after the scheduled treatment time, but you may be asked to wait, or the treatment may be cut short in order to treat on-time patients.
Patients running more than 15-minutes late are considered late cancelled. See our same day rescheduling section below for options. If you are running late please contact us so we can plan accordingly.
Early cancellations are those that occur more than 24 hours before your appointment time. There is no charge for early cancellations.
Please cancel by email whenever possible. If you cannot cancel by email, any call or voicemail that arrives before the 24 hour window will be considered an early cancellation.
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24-hours notice is considered a late cancellation and charged the full amount of the missed visit.
As a courtesy, appointments can be rescheduled, without charge, for any available appointment during that same calendar day.
